RESERVATIONS

The hotel will consider the stay confirmed booking, which took place by phone or email, only after receiving the 30% deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations without penalty must be received by mail or in writing with an advance of 20 days, in high season and 7 days earlier on average and low season. The deposit will be held as a bonus for a later stay.
